For all other countries, we will inform you of the shipping costs and delivery time following your order. If necessary, you can then withdraw from the purchase. If you have any further questions about item availability, shipping costs or delivery times, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 14 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.

3. RECLAMATION

Please contact us via email (hello@fishstone.de), Facebook, Instagram or by phone (+49(0)1779777145. Please tell us in detail the reason for the complaint or send us a meaningful photo of the goods. We will then contact you and let you know how we will proceed with the matter.
